Our Design Thinking ／ OVALPLANのデザイン思考 ｢デザイン思考｣が、上流工程のビジネス開発において大きな役割を果たします。　それには２つの異なるプロセスがあります。 ひとつはロジカルな思考によって困難な問題を解く「問題解決志向」です。 もうひとつがメタファーやアナロジーなどの連想から新しい解決法を発想する｢仮説創造志向」です。 それらからなる｢デザイン思考｣は、人間中心的であり創造的であるという点で、これまでのビジネス開発とは一線を画すものです。 OVALPLANは全てのプロジェクトにおいて以下に示す４つの領域で「デザイン思考」を実践しています。 さらにそのデザインプロセスを進める道具として『思考地図』を活用してきました。 それは人を中心にした、思考と連想のためのフレームワークです。 In the early stage of business development “Design Thinking” plays an important role. It combines from two different processes. One is “Solution oriented way” by which you can sort out issues through logical thinking. Another one is “Hypothesis oriented way” by which you can create new ideas spurred by metaphors as well as analogies. “Design Thinking” is a combined work of these two. It is human centered, creative and collaborative by its nature. By this character it is differed from current way of business development. OVALPLAN carries out our all projects by using “Design Thinking” in the four areas shown below. Also we have been applying “ThinkMap” as an core tool to make design process forward. It’s a useful conceptual framework to stimulate thoughts and creation.
