グローバル人材とは、人種・国籍・民族・宗教などの違いを壁として捉えず、人間としての繋がりを軸に、互いの共通点や違いを受け入れ、理解し合い、協調を通じて新しい創造や可能性を導くことのできる能力と心を持った人材である
