「KIDS HOLDINGS」は、創業メンバーは勿論これから集まってくる仲間達すべてが「志高く、夢や希望を叶えるために設立した会社」です。

個人でも経営できる小さな店舗・小さな組織の集合体でありながら「外食」の分野で首都圏のみに1000店舗の店舗展開を計画しています。

居抜きの物件等を少ないコストで取得して適切な運営をすることで適切な利益を継続的に上げられる店舗づくりを基本としています。

『現場主義の徹底』
本部機能に物件開発部・業態開発部・店舗施工部・開業準備部・メニュー開発部など店舗スタッフ以外の間接部門の人員が少なく、飲食店としての機能が全て現場で行えるよう環境を整えています。

【飲食店における原点を究極に追及する組織】
生産者及び生産者に近いところから直接食材を買い付け不要な中間物流業者を通さずに店舗に搬入し、店舗で調理した新鮮な食材をお客様に提供できる環境を常に考え実行する組織です。

"KIDS HOLDINGS" is a "company established to fulfill dreams and hopes with high aspirations" not only by the founding members but also with all the friends who will gather in the future.

We are planning to open 1000 stores only in Tokyo metropolitan area in the field of "restaurants", even though it's a group of small stores and small organizations that can be managed by individuals.

Our basic policy is to create stores that can continuously generate appropriate profits by acquiring unoccupied properties at low cost and operate them appropriately.

"Thorough field principle" There are few staff in indirect departments aside from the store staff, who works in the property development department, business format development department, store construction department, opening preparation department, menu development department, etc., and the environment to prepare and look after everything so that all the functions as a restaurant can be performed on-site very well.

We Japanese Restaurant want to be as a Local Culture that will last 100 years more. And for that as a Japanese Restaurant we want to keep our spirit as "Kotsu-Kotsu Ganbaru" which means "make a constant effort".
